Felicity Porritt, BA, MSc

Felicity Porritt is a qualified cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist, a nutritionist trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University, and holds a masters degree in nutrition, physical activity and public health. Clients often describe her as a life coach because of her immense life-experience. A former BBC and Which? journalist, Felicity has campaigned nationally and globally over the last decade for increased emphasis on preventing ill health.

Other areas of expertise include working with children, teenagers and young adults; helping to get control of panic attacks, fears and phobias, including post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); improve sleep, stop smoking and tackle weight loss as well as disordered eating.

Dr. Ian Campbell, MBE

Dr Ian Campbell, MBE, has been a GP in Nottingham for the last 30 years. Dr Ian is a media doctor to BBC and ITV locally, was one of the medical team on Jeremy Kyle’s Emergency Room, and series doctor on The Biggest Loser. Dr Ian works with Felicity, providing medical back up if and when required and private GP appointments on request.
